Second North, Second West, Telemetry:
11:00AM to 8:00PM
Bronson Rehabilitation Center:
9:00AM to 9:00PM
Intensive Care:
Immediate family members are allowed to visit for 5 minutes every hour. This will help to ensure adequate rest for the critically ill patient. Children under 13 years of age are not allowed to visit unless permission is given by the physician.
Fowler Wing:
Daily 6:30PM-8:00PM

Hot Breakfast served to 10:00AM
Hot Lunch beginning at 11:00AM
At times when the cafeteria is closed, a wide variety of food selections are available from vending machines located in the cafeteria.
Gift Shop

Thursday-Friday, 10:00AM-6:00PM
Saturday, 11:00AM-4:00PM
The Gift Shop, located in the Main Lobby, offers a wide variety of gifts, toys, magazines, toiletries, cards, jewelry and snacks.
Note: Hours are subject to change as Gift Shop is staffed by volunteers. To verify Gift Shop hours, you may wish to call 413-568-2811, ext. 5793 prior to your visit.
Flower Service
Fresh Floral arrangements are sold in the gift shop during regular shop hours and may be purchased at other times from the switchboard operator.
ATM
For your convenience an ATM is conveniently located in the Main Lobby on the First Floor.
