Bariatric Surgery
The Bariatric Surgery Center at Noble Hospital is accredited as a Level 2 facility by the Bariatric Surgery Center Network (BSCN) Accreditation Program of the American College of Surgeons. The ACS BSCN accreditation provides confirmation that Noble has the resources necessary for optimal care of morbidly obese patients, and also the support and resources that are necessary to address the entire specturm of care and needs of bariatric patients, from pre-hospital phase through the post-operative care and treatment process.
Noble Hospital's Bariatric program, in partnership with Drs. Haag and Fiallo of Pioneer Valley Surgical Associates, is focused on the adjustable gastric band surgery, exclusively. Patients interested in learning more about this procedure are encouraged to attend one of the surgeons' monthly informational sessions held in Westfield and Holyoke.
