The Building Bridges committee is an all-volunteer effort led by Noble nurses and other health care professionals.  In the true spirit of community outreach and education, Building Bridges conducts "Day of Health" programs at employee-based sites and share time and expertise with employees.  The information can range from issues such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, diabetes, stroke emphysema/asthma/COPD, smoking cessation, MRSA, melanoma and advance directives.  Blood pressure and blood glucose screenings are also conducted, as well as individual evaluations with a nursing professional.

Our Mission :    To forge permanent, long reaching bonds of trust and support between Noble Hospital and the community-at-large. To show the people of our community that the employees of Noble Hospital care about the individuals in our community. This will be exhibited by volunteering our time and talents to a variety of community based projects. To target employees in businesses in the community, especially the 30-60 year old age group, with the belief that many may have health issues that are not recognized.

Our Vision:   Noble Hospital will become the hospital of choice for our surrounding communities as a direct result of the bond formed between the hospital and the community by our active and noticeable presence.
